Matians is looking to recruit a passionate, motivated & experienced delegate sales executive to help to generate sales and increase revenue across the events. It is crucial that this candidate has the confidence to make high quality sales calls on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of exceeding targets along with a tenacious ``can do`` approach and the ability to independently source & close new business & build rapport with potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Telesales to existing and potential clients to meet sales revenue targets.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
• Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for sales.
• Attending industry functions when required.
• Maintaining key customer care objectives.
• Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the marketing team to:
  • Follow up enquiries
  • Upsell to existing delegates
  • Feedback contacts into database
• Weekly reporting on sales plans and activities to the event director..

Matians is looking for an exceptional person to join our marketing team in Singapore to manage APAC & International events and support other marketing activities to promote our business.

The ideal candidate for this position will be self driven, organized with highly effective time management and prioritization skills. Be willing to learn and apply our processes and methodologies to market our events and be focused on self-development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure media partners for all our events as well as to explore partnering and form alliances with industrial and business partners to strengthen and enhance matians' events.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• The role also requires other marketing experience, including social media, business development and PR.
• Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying and researching new growth areas for partnerships that counts.
• Attending industry functions when required.
• In conjunction with the management team developing strategies and initiatives to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the events.
• Monitoring and evaluation of all competitor activity.

Matians is looking to recruit an individual who is passionate about events, travel and communication with an accurate eye for details. It is crucial that this candidare has the confidence to handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules.

The ideal candidate for this position will professionally coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.

Responsibilities :

• Pre-event, on-site & post event management
• Filing of documents
• Database maintenance: focus on event integrity, delegate booking, documentation orders, updates/changes, invoicing and delegate joining details
• Coordination between speakers, delegates, sponsors and venues. Negotiation of budgets.
• Able to handle customer enquires in a professional manner and ensure all site activities are performed effectively and efficiently
• Arrange for signage & shipping of our collateral
• Arrange and coordinate AV and IT at our events
• Managing actual events primarily in Asia Pacific and Middle East, Africa regions.
• Ultimately ensure that both client and event requirements are met.
